Today we’re going to be looking at the animation style of the?Iron Man 3?title. We’ll make this epic title, using Element 3d for the modeling and the animation of the logo within After Effects. The purpose of this tutorial is to explain a simple way to solve some problems concerning the import and management of spline masks inside Element v1.6 and the importance of setting correct parameters to obtain the best looking result.
In addition, I will show you how a simple procedure for splitting parts of a lens flare layer making it possible to connect 3d and 2d elements in very natural way. The actual example of the?Iron Man 3?is just for training purposes and is not to be used in a final personal project without permission from the original creators.
